Blizzard's registered name is:  Hernwood Crystal Snowfall.

Blizzard was imported by us from Peter and Christine Sandiford (Hernwood-UK) who have been our friends for many years.  We look to tapping into the UK lines are are pleased to do this with our girl, Ice.

She is the daughter of our Ch. Glen Oaks' Firedance o' Amethyst (Fire) x our MacAlder J'Amethyst Royale (Storm).

  • Medium-sized, fluid moving Gordon Setter with personality plus.

  • OFA-Good

  • Good well-built, sturdy bitch in a compact dynamic package.

  • Mother of Amethyst's Fire of MacKenna (Patch) who has 7 points (including a major).

We look to this breeding to produce incredible breed type, movement and personality.  In doing this breeding, we go back into the "old time" MacAlder and Shojin  lines to and look to our UK Import to provide us with a classic headpiece, incredible color and movement. 

Status of this litter:  Ice is now in season.  Anticipated breeding by mid-November, 2003.  Puppies due mid-January, 2004.
